Consulting Services Details
1. Customers need to provide the following information:
● A copy of their business license;
● Advanced payment (recommended is one-third of the position’s annual salary)
2. The recommended service charge fees:
Companies that have employed candidates recommended by Better Choice are
subject to fees according to the proportion of the candidate’s pre-tax salary.
● For a pre-tax annual salary of above 200,000 yuan Better Choice receives 25%-30%
● For a pre-tax annual salary of below 200,000 yuan Better Choice receives a percentage agreed to by
the parties;
● The minimum fee of 30,000 yuan.
3. The charging methods:
● Better Choice must first receive the non-refundable advanced payment before starting to look
for candidates;
● The customer must make the payment when they receive and invoice from Better Choice within 10 days
of the candidate’s start date;
● All payments must be by either check or bank transfer.
4. The fee structure:
Once the customer has both signed the contract as well as made the advanced payment, Better Choice
will then begin to search for candidates;
● Regardless of whether a referral fee of 30% , advance payment is non-refundable;
● Pre-tax annual salary of 200,000 yuan for the candidates for the negotiated price (typically recommend
by City Market’s average price of the position);
● long-term customers (contract periods of more than one year with no less than 4 vacancies per
year) charges are negotiable.
5. The service warranty:
Customers must pay the service fee in full, but should a candidate resign during the warranty period
for personal reasons, or because he or she cannot perform the work, we will recommend another
suitable candidate for this position at no extra charge.
Job search services have a warranty period of three months.
